  • Simple. You book your reading, fill out the intake form with your question or the area of life you want to focus on, and I take it from there. For pre-recorded readings, I'll send your video to the email you provided within the timeframe for your service. For Live sessions, your Zoom link comes with your confirmation email.

  • Anything that's genuinely on your mind. It could be love, relationships, career, a decision you're sitting with, a season of life that feels unclear. The more honest and specific your question is, the more focused your reading will be. There are no wrong questions here.

  • I don't offer readings intended to replace medical, legal, or financial advice. For everything else, bring it.

  • I record a personal video just for you and send it as a private link to your email. No downloading required — just click and watch. You can return to it as many times as you'd like.

  • For Live sessions, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable. For pre-recorded readings, reach out within 24 hours of booking if you need to make a change — once your reading has been started, it's non-refundable.

  • Absolutely. Purchase the Three Roads package or any single service and just let me know in the notes at checkout that it's a gift. I'll make sure the delivery is handled accordingly.

  • The Single Card Pull is a great first step — low commitment, focused, and a real taste of what a reading with me feels like. Most people who start there come back for more.

  • You can purchase a reading as a gift, but the reading itself works best when the person receiving it submits their own question. The cards respond to the energy of the person asking.

  • Once a pre-recorded reading has been completed and delivered, refunds aren't available. If there's ever an issue with your experience, reach out directly and we'll figure it out together.
